Hanami Festival The Japanese Language Program hosted a Hanami Celebration for anyone interested in Japanese language or culture on Friday, March 29. Hanami is a long standing Japanese tradition of welcoming spring, also known as the "cherry blossom viewing festival." Chinese Language Program Cultural Event II Wednesday, April 3 2019, 5:30pm 213 Miller Learning Center The Chinese language program invites anyone interested in Chinese language and culture to join the Comparative Literature Department for a free screening of the film titled American Dreams in China along with free snacks and drinks on Wednesday, April 3 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in 213 MLC. American Dreams in China is the story of three friends who build a successful English language school in China called "New Dream".
